How long does a starlight headliner installation take?
Timing depends on the vehicle and selected options. We'll provide a project-specific estimate before you schedule.
Will a starlight headliner damage my factory headliner?
The process requires access to and work on the headliner. We will review what the installation involves for your specific vehicle before scheduling; reversibility is not guaranteed.
Can I choose the star color and pattern?
Yes. You can choose a single color, a color-changing driver, and how dense the star field looks — from a scattered night sky to a full galaxy effect.
How much does a starlight headliner cost?
Pricing depends on your vehicle's size, star density, and any custom options such as color-changing lighting, logos, or constellations. Request a free quote and we'll give you an exact number for your specific vehicle.
Do you install in Teslas, BMWs, and other luxury vehicles?
We work with Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, and other vehicles. Send the year, model, trim, and roof configuration so we can confirm compatibility and prepare your quote.
What areas in Utah do you serve?
We serve all of Utah. Public vehicle drop-off is at 2274 W 2855 South, Ogden, UT 84401. Mobile installation at homes is available statewide for an additional location-dependent fee.
Are shooting stars an option?
Shooting-star effects are available as a custom option. Availability and final details are confirmed in your quote.
Can you do a home ceiling, not just a vehicle?
Yes. We build custom fiber-optic star ceiling panels for home theaters, bedrooms, game rooms, and kids' rooms using the same hand-threaded technique, scaled to your ceiling's dimensions.
Can I add ambient lighting at the same time as a headliner?
Ambient lighting and a headliner can be requested together. We will confirm compatibility, project details, and scheduling in your quote.
Do you install in Jeep Wranglers or other removable-top vehicles?
Compatibility depends on the model year, trim, roof, and headliner panels. Send the exact configuration of your Wrangler, Gladiator, or other removable-top vehicle so we can confirm the design before scheduling an installation.
How long do fiber-optic starlight headliners last?
Care requirements depend on the selected equipment and installation. Every StarLight installation and custom-fabricated ceiling is backed by our three-year craftsmanship warranty. Light engines and electronic equipment are covered under their applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
What's the difference between the Essentials, Signature, and Custom Build packages?
These cards are starting points, not fixed packages. Final star density, controls, effects, inclusions, compatibility, and pricing are defined in your custom quote.
Do you need to take the headliner out of my vehicle?
Yes — the headliner panel is carefully removed so the fiber-optic strands can be threaded through from the back. The panel is then reinstalled using factory mounting points. This is what makes the result look factory-clean rather than like an adhesive kit.
