Service information for customers contacting StarLight Ceilings SLC.
Quotes and scheduling
Get a quote for pricing. Installation details, vehicle compatibility, package options, and scheduling are confirmed directly by text, phone, or email. Opening a contact link does not send an inquiry or book an installation.
Location and mobile installation
Public drop-off: 2274 W 2855 South, Ogden, UT 84401. We serve all of Utah. Mobile installation at homes is available statewide for an additional location-dependent fee.
Automotive Installation Warranty
3-Year StarLight Craftsmanship Warranty
StarLight Ceilings provides a three-year limited warranty covering qualifying defects caused by our automotive installation craftsmanship.
Coverage includes workmanship relating to starlight headliners, fiber-optic installation, suede-style wrapping, interior trim finishing, ambient-light installations and other custom work performed by StarLight.
Light engines and independently manufactured electronics are covered under their applicable manufacturer’s warranty, where provided.
The warranty begins on the installation completion date.
Covered automotive workmanship repairs are performed by appointment at our Ogden, Utah location.
Customers are responsible for bringing their vehicles to the shop.
This warranty applies to existing and future StarLight customers, subject to the complete warranty terms and preservation of previously established rights.
Preparing your vehicle
Before your installation, please remove personal belongings from your vehicle. We need access to all areas of the vehicle to reach the headliner.
