Pricing is quote-only and depends on the vehicle, star density, and selected custom options. Request a quote for your specific project.
How long does the fiber-optic lighting last?
Longevity depends on the selected equipment, use, and care. Every StarLight installation and custom-fabricated ceiling is backed by our three-year craftsmanship warranty. Light engines and electronic equipment are covered under their applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you install in trucks and SUVs, not just cars?
We install in trucks, SUVs, sedans, and coupes. Send the year, make, model, trim, and roof configuration for a quote.
Can I control the lights, or are they always on?
Control options depend on the equipment selected. Available on/off, color, and dimming controls will be specified in your quote.
Do I need to schedule an appointment, or can I get a quote first?
Start with a free quote by text or call — we'll only schedule a drop-off appointment once you've confirmed the build you want.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Utah. Public vehicle drop-off is at 2274 W 2855 South, Ogden, UT 84401. Mobile installation at homes is available statewide for an additional location-dependent fee.
Do you install in Tesla vehicles?
Tesla vehicles are reviewed by model, year, trim, and roof configuration. We confirm available installation areas in your quote.
Can you install in a BMW or Mercedes?
BMW and Mercedes vehicles are reviewed individually. Send the exact year, model, trim, and roof configuration so compatibility and project details can be confirmed.
What about a Jeep Wrangler or other removable-top vehicles?
Wrangler compatibility depends on the top and headliner configuration. Send your year, trim, and roof details for review.
Are shooting stars an option?
Shooting-star effects can be requested as a custom option. Availability and final details are confirmed in your quote.
Where does the installation happen? Do you come to me?

Can you do a home ceiling, not just a vehicle?
Yes — we build custom fiber-optic star panels for home theaters, bedrooms, game rooms, and kids' rooms in addition to vehicles. Home installs use the same hand-threaded fiber-optic technique, scaled to your ceiling's dimensions.
Can ambient lighting be added at the same time as a headliner?
Ambient lighting and a headliner can be requested together. Compatibility, inclusions, and scheduling are confirmed in your quote.
How long does the installation appointment take?
Installation timing depends on the vehicle and selected options. We provide a project-specific estimate before scheduling.
Is the installation reversible?
Reversibility is not guaranteed. We review what the installation involves for your specific headliner and vehicle before scheduling.
